Our fleet is 11 boats and growing!
The Vanguard 15 fleet is always looking for additional members! Remember, fleet members do not have to be interested in racing, and can still benefit from being in a fleet. No only will there be social functions each week after racing, but there will be several educational seminars on topics such as “Rigging and sailing a V15”, “Introduction to racing”, “Racing rules”, etc. In addition, the fleet has several experienced boat maintainers (several of us have Flying Dutchman sailboats, which you essentially have to build yourself!) and general boat-related “know how”. Plus, it is just a good show of support for centerboard boats at the club.

If you have any interest either in buying a boat, or even in the fleet’s activities and plans, don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do what I can. Thanks!
